At Glascow Health Services, we thrive to meet the needs of culturally diverse communities and aim to enhance recovery, self-determination, and independence by providing support delivered with compassion and respect.

Our Vision

We aim to create a community where illness and disability is not a hindrance to stability and progression. With our services and support, we hope to create an inclusive world where clients can live independently.

Who We Are

Our Company is a community-based mental health service committed to providing care, training, and programming to clients with a primary diagnosis of mental illness and may have a secondary diagnosis of, but not limited to, substance use disorder, intellectual disability, or physical disability.

Benefits include the development of client-centered treatment goals. This leads to improvements in psychiatric health, functioning, and social skills.

Chief Executive Officer

Glascow Health Services, LLC is led by our inspiring Trenton L. Walker. As Founder and CEO, this Norfolk State and University of Phoenix grad leverages his education and drive to make a positive impact across Hampton Roads and Virginia by mobilizing much-needed resources. He and his team are deeply committed to addressing key issues like affordable housing, access to mental health services, equal opportunity, job training programs, and supporting business growth. Trenton volunteers extensively through his fraternity Omega Psi Phi, Inc., his family's "Adopt-a-Street" program, and his non-profit, Learn 2 Build, Inc., which teaches youth construction skills and helps place them into jobs. Recognized on WAVY 10 News, Trenton and his team are transforming Hampton Roads into a stronger, more diverse region. He resides locally with his amazing family, enjoying giving back together.

Program Director, MA

Meet Latricia Williams, our dedicated mental health professional with a passion for promoting holistic well-being and resilience in individuals and communities. As the Program Director at Glascow Health Services, LLC, she brings a wealth of expertise in clinical mental health counseling and program management. Latricia holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, where she gained comprehensive training in evidence-based counseling techniques and psychotherapy modalities. Latricia oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of mental health programs and services offered by Glascow. Driven by her passion for helping others and her commitment to excellence in mental health care, Latricia directs Glascow toward its mission of providing accessible, compassionate, and effective mental health services to individuals and families in need.

Joy Porter-Blount

Clinical Director, LPC

Say hello to our talented Joy Porter-Blount. Since 1999, she has dedicated herself to the mental health field, serving in various capacities including residential treatment, group homes, and 17 years in Intensive In-Home Services. In July 2018, Joy achieved her license in professional counseling and has been building strong, positive therapeutic relationships with her clients ever since. As the Clinical Director for Glascow since September 2020, she continues to make a difference in people's lives. Joy has been involved in ministry since December 1996 and was ordained in December 2012. With her compassionate nature and deep understanding of the human experience, Joy feels honored to "hear her clients' hearts and walk with them on their life journeys."

Nikea's dedication and professionalism shine through in her day-to-day management of clientele intake and interactions. She is committed to being a helping hand within the community, ensuring that each client receives the support they need.

Currently, Queen is pursuing an Associate Degree in Small Business Management, and aspires to further her education with a Bachelor's degree from ODU.
