Our Mental Health Skill-Building Service is a comprehensive, home-based program that helps clients obtain independence and stability within their community. This service is available for adults who have long-term mental health needs, cognitive deficiencies, and multiple diagnoses.

Our services address the following competencies:

Mental Health
Living with mental health problems is not easy. It can sometimes distract or even cripple an individual’s capability to function normally in their day-to-day. As such, in our goal of making each client self-sufficient, we wish to help them better deal with their mental health. By providing them with the right kind of assistance they need, we aim to help them cope with their mental health difficulties.

Employment
Living a normal life is difficult with mental health challenges. Through our Mental Health Skill-Building Services, we aim to make every individual capable and self-sufficient by helping them manage employment. By giving them the skills they need to maintain their mental upkeep, we can help them manage their day-to-day life as an employee. Through our help, they can properly operate regardless of illness or disability.

Money Management
Mental health difficulties sometimes curb the reasoning skills of individuals. This makes it difficult for them to make rational choices, especially in money management. By equipping individuals with the tools and techniques they need, we wish to help them in making decisions for their daily living. By helping them manage their money, we can help them live a more independent life.

Self-Care and Daily Living
In our goal of creating programs that help everyone live independently, we have considered everyone’s need for every day. In essence, mental illnesses and disabilities are crippling, making these daily activities difficult to accomplish. Due to the challenges this presents, it is important to be able to guide patients so that they may develop the skills needed to successfully live on their own. With our dedication, we wish to help them live a good life.

Personal Development
It is our fundamental belief that illnesses or disabilities should never be a hindrance to living a good life. As such, despite the different difficulties our clients’ experience, we wish to do what we can to help them live their life to the fullest and seek out personal development. By helping them become more adaptive to their conditions, we remove the barriers that prevent them from pursuing their dreams.
